Belgium/The Netherlands - 15/06/07 SGS opens new laboratory on Valuepark in Terneuzen, the Netherlands On June 14th SGS officially opened a new laboratory on-site of Valuepark in Terneuzen, the Netherlands. This laboratory has been built in order to service the clients in the region and is specialized in analysis and research on chemical products. The laboratory consists of offices and research laboratories with in total 250m2 floor space. SGS expects that in due time approximately forty inspectors and chemists will work from this new location. The laboratory will facilitate around the clock availability of services. Mr. J. Van ’t Hart, Director of Zeeland Seaports, and Mr. J.A.H. Lonink, Mayor of Terneuzen were among the more than 250 visitors that came to the opening event & reception. About SGS About Valuepark. Valuepark Terneuzen is a joint venture between local port authority Zeeland Seaports and Dow Benelux.
