Warranty / Special Services SGS Expertise group performs certain tasks for warranty companies or manufacturers in the field of warranty. We assist our customers in determining the cause and circumstances of certain mechanical failures or problems. These problems are diverse and can range from body damage and engine problems to various mechanical damages. SGS Expertise group has selected a specific team of knowledgeable experts that specialize in mechanical damage. These selected experts are geographically spread throughout the country and can assist our customers with the shortest delay possible. On demand of our customers, we can expand our services to giving a final conclusion on the warranty case. In general, we are not only involved in determining the cause of the damage, but also in cost calculation of the repair, with alternative repair methods if needed. The coordination of these tasks is centralized and a senior expert checks all reports before these are sent to our customers. All these tasks are grouped in our Special Services department. If needed, our senior experts assist our customers when setting the conditions of the warranty contracts. |
